Because our client has a strong taste for luxury, is a wellness enthusiast, enjoys entertainment, and is concerned with bringing the elegance and sophistication of the accommodations he frequents during his numerous travels, we had to find an architect who could bring all of his ideas to life in the construction project of a contemporary architectural jewel. This is where 3CW-DESIGN came in, capable of designing a stunning and modern residence.

This residence will offer a panoramic view of the surrounding rooftops and benefit from exceptional brightness thanks to its large armored double-glazed windows. Upon entering, one will be struck by its elegance and sophistication. Its spacious living areas with high ceilings will give an incredible feeling of grandeur. The walls, adorned with original works of art, will proudly decorate these spaces, adding character and personality.

The master suite will be one of the most impressive rooms in the house, offering an amazing view of the neighborhood from its balconies, which are designed as an intimate space for relaxation. It will also have a large, customized dressing room and a sumptuous bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, a suspended toilet, and a thermostatic mixer faucet.

Not far away, there will be wellness spaces to enjoy moments of absolute relaxation, including a gym equipped with the latest technology, a spa area (hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, massage), and a wall fountain with a water cascade.

Continuing our visit, we will arrive in the American kitchen with a central island equipped with everything necessary to prepare gourmet meals worthy of a Michelin-starred chef, as well as a dining room that can accommodate 10 guests.

Outside, the landscaped gardens will be beautifully maintained with a pool, terraces, and an outdoor lounge area comfortably installed under a pergola for barbecue evenings with friends.

The energy supply systems with solar panels and biogas will give the residence energy autonomy. To connect the four levels, the house will be equipped with a self-supporting elevator. In addition, it will also have a high-tech home automation system for remote control of the alarm and security system, lighting, presence detector, and gate to improve the quality of life of its occupants.
