Who Are We

LA TOILE Group is a prominent real estate company in sub-Saharan Africa, with operations in Cameroon. It is a member of the international network of companies KK Façades, TLF Façades (Great Britain), and Corporate Workforce Solutions Inc (United States of America). The company has been in the real estate industry since the early 2010s and has three subsidiary companies: LA TOILE PROPERTIES (Subdivision and land), LA TOILE CONSTRUCTION (Civil Engineering and Building and Public Works), and LA TOILE INTERNATIONAL TRADING (Importation of construction equipment).

LA TOILE Group is an ambitious entrepreneurial project carried out by Cameroonian and foreign investors (Engineers, Managers, Financiers, Lawyers, Architects, etc.) and approved by the order N ° 0005 / E / 2 / MINHDU / SG / DHSPI of January 18, 2018.

Our mission is to provide high-quality services to our clients and support them in various areas, including:

securing the acquisition of land plots,
promoting a modern vision of the quality of life on these plots,
designing, constructing, and renovating residential, commercial, industrial, and luxury buildings.

SUBDIVISION

Lot subdivision is one of the most frequently used development procedures. It involves dividing one or more real estate properties in order to build structures. These structures can be individual projects such as sales or rentals, or projects aimed at expanding the supply of housing or activities, particularly in suburban areas. These operations, whether public or private, require approval for subdivision under the conditions outlined in an urbanization plan that is agreed upon with the competent authorities.

Therefore, the developer’s subdivision development will enable the following:

Evaluation of the composition plan of the subdivision.
Evaluation of its integration into the site, based on the size and dimensions of the plots, land morphology, and geological relief.

In line with this perspective, LA TOILE Group, in partnership with local communities interested in developing their land heritage, is committed to an urbanization and community development policy. In addition to complying with the objectives and regulations of the Republic of Cameroon, LA TOILE Group offers three categories of allotments to potential buyers, whether residents or non-residents.

Primary subdivisions: Opening of roads and easements, felling, and clearing of trees, earthworks, construction of green areas and playgrounds, etc.
Secondary subdivisions: in addition to the main subdivision, there is an addition of the electrical network and the construction of the drinking water distribution network, etc.
Tertiary subdivisions: in addition to the secondary subdivision, there is the addition of storm water and wastewater pipes, road paving, public lighting, etc.
